Pressure control: The pressure rise should not exceed the specified value on the equipment nameplate to avoid equipment damage caused by overpressure operation.

Temperature monitoring: The temperature rise of the bearing during operation should not exceed 75 ℃, and the temperature rise of the lubricating oil should not exceed 45 ℃; It is recommended to use high-temperature resistant lubricating oil in summer.

Sealing maintenance: Wet vacuum pumps need to use soft water as sealing water to prevent scaling on the inner wall of the cylinder; Regularly check the wear of oil seals and sealing components.

Exception handling: If there are abnormal sounds, vibrations, or heating during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection; When the safety valve is frequently opened, it is necessary to check whether the system is overpressure.

Flow regulation: Avoid adjusting the flow by closing the valve, and instead use diversion or speed change methods; Water cooled structural products need to keep the waterway unobstructed and drain the cooling water when not in use.

Lubrication management: Regularly check the oil level and quality of the lubricating oil, clean or replace the oil gauge in a timely manner, and ensure the normal lubrication of the equipment.
