1. Application of fertilizer fan

Fertilizer fans can be used for ventilation and air exchange. It can be used for both gas input and output. The gas being transported should be air at a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃. The gas must not contain viscous substances, and the amount of dust and hard particles contained should not exceed 150mg/㎡.

2. Form

When viewed from the side of the electric motor, the impeller rotates clockwise and is called a right cyclone, represented by "right"; If the impeller rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left cyclone, represented by "left".

The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. The machine numbers 2.8~6.3 are all made in one form when leaving the factory, and the user unit installs them in the required air outlet position according to the requirements, which does not need to be specified when ordering; The adjustment range of the air outlet position for machine number N08~12.5 is o °~22.5 °, with an interval of 45 °; The air outlets with machine numbers N016 and 20 are made in three fixed positions: 0 °, 90 °, and 225 °, which cannot be adjusted. Please specify this when ordering.

There are four transmission modes for fans: A, B, C, and D. No.2.8-5 adopts A-type transmission, N06.3-12.5 adopts C-type and D-type transmission N016、 20 adopts D-type transmission.

3. Structural characteristics

The 4-68 type fans with machine numbers N02.8~5 are mainly composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, and other parts matched with direct connected motors. In addition to the above parts, Nc6.3~20 also have transmission parts.

(1) The impeller consists of 12 rear inclined wing shaped blades welded between the curved wheel cover and the flat plate wheel, all made of steel plate and calibrated for static and dynamic balance. It has good air performance and operates smoothly.

(2) The casing is a snail shaped body welded from ordinary steel plates. The casing is made in two different types. The No.2.8~12.5 casing is made as a whole and cannot be disassembled. No16、 The 20 inch casing is made into two open types, divided into two halves along the horizontal plane and connected by bolts.

(3) The air inlet is made into a convergent paralyzed linear integral structure, installed on the side of the fan, with a curved cross-section parallel to the axial direction, which can allow gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.

(4) The transmission part consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, oscillating bearings, pulleys or couplings.
