Product Overview: The F-ZW-Z (T) series intelligent non-invasive electric actuator introduces analog and digital technology, features an integrated chip design, a fully Chinese menu operation interface, and an integrated design concept, resulting in its excellent functionality and performance. The product has a lightweight appearance, easy debugging, and simple operation. Suitable for various valve sets, widely used in control fields such as power, steel, petroleum, chemical, oil pipelines, water treatment, food, etc., it is a new generation of valve control experts. F-ZW-Z is suitable for valves with linear motion of valve discs, such as globe valves, gate valves, throttle valves, diaphragm valves, gates, etc; F-ZW-T is suitable for controlling various regulating valves.

Product Features:

1) The large-scale digital integrated chip used has a high degree of intelligence, powerful functions, and high control progress;

2) Mechatronics design, lightweight and beautiful, the functions, parameter settings, debugging and on-site electric operation of the actuator can be set through a handheld infrared remote control without opening the box;

3) Using a liquid crystal display screen, users can intuitively understand the valve position, operating status, fault alarm and other information of the actuator through visual identification and symbols. The fully Chinese menu makes it clear at a glance;

4) The on-site operation adopts Hall sensor knobs, which can easily perform on-site opening, closing, stopping, and on-site/remote control conversion, solving the limitation of switch life and making on-site control more accurate and reliable.

Switching device: When manual operation is required, simply press the manual/electric switching handle to the manual position and release it to achieve manual operation. When powered on, the actuator automatically returns to the electric state.

Electronic positioning system: It adopts precise electronic positioning system to replace traditional mechanical limit, with high accuracy level, long service life, and high reliability.

Automatic detection and fault diagnosis: This actuator has a powerful error detection and alarm system, which can detect the operating circuit at any time during operation. Once a fault occurs, the electric operation of the actuator will be prohibited, and local and remote alarm signals will be issued to intuitively display the cause of the fault, allowing users to promptly troubleshoot and restore the normal operation of the actuator.
