FBDCZThe BDK62 series fans have a total of 24 machine numbers, numbered NO.14 to NO.44. In order to meet the needs of large and medium-sized mines with various ventilation network parameters, this series of fans is equipped with 6, 8, 10, and 12 pole three-phase asynchronous motors, and adopts two different blade number grading forms: FBDCZ (original BDK62) (A) has a total of 32 blades, and FBDCZ (original BDK62) (B) has a total of 24 blades. After the above combination, the FBDCZ (formerly BDK62) series fans have a total of 90 specifications.
The working range of this series of fans with a static pressure efficiency of over 70% is Q=10.1~462.1m3/S(That is, Q=606-2772m3/min),Static pressure Pst=57.0-705.7mmH2O (i.e. Pst=559-6921Pa) can cover various types of large and medium-sized mines with ventilation network parameters, and its operating static pressure efficiency can be above 75%.A stabilizing ring is installed inside the main air duct, and the performance curve of the fan has no hump or surge, and can operate stably under any resistance conditions. The noise is relatively low, and the majority of models of this product have a noise level of less than 90dB (A) without a muffler.
