FBCZ withdrawable explosion-proof main fanFor a single-stage working wheel structure, a rear guide vane is installed between the fan and the diffuser to improve static pressure efficiency.The fan is equipped with YB series YBF series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor, and a fully enclosed heat dissipation cover with certain pressure resistance strength is installed outside the motorThe highest efficiency of the impeller is 0.93, the highest total pressure efficiency of all devices is 0.82, and the static pressure efficiency of the devices is 0.75. Therefore, the efficiency is high and the energy-saving effect is significant. Using this fan for ventilation can save 60-80% of electricity compared to the current use of multiple local fans in parallel, that is, using local fans instead of main fans or group fans for ventilation. This machine can reverse the reverse airflow, with a reverse airflow rate of 65% -85% of the positive airflow rate. There is no need to set up a separate anti air duct, which has the advantages of saving infrastructure investment and fast anti air speed.
