The FBQ641F/PPL pneumatic explosion-proof ball valve produced by Shanghai Yuhu Company adopts the AT series new piston pneumatic actuator and floating ball valve, which is suitable for regulating and cutting occasions. Pneumatic explosion-proof ball valves have excellent sealing performance, large flow capacity, simple structure, long service life, and are easy to maintain. The equipped actuator has the characteristics of simple structure, compact size, excellent performance, and large output torque. Pneumatic explosion-proof ball valve equipped with explosion-proof travel limit switch, explosion-proof solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve, and 0.4-0.7MPa gas source can achieve switch operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switch of the valve. There are two types of actuators: single acting and double acting. The unique advantage of single acting type is that once the power source fails, the explosion-proof pneumatic ball valve will automatically be in the open or closed position according to the requirements of the control system. Pneumatic explosion-proof ball valves are widely used in industrial fields such as chemical, petroleum, textile, power, food and pharmaceutical, refrigeration, aviation, aerospace, papermaking, etc. They can not only control gas, liquid, and vapor media, but also control sewage and fiber containing substances..
(1) Low fluid resistance, ball valves have the lowest fluid resistance among all valve types, even for reduced diameter ball valves, their fluid resistance is quite small.
(2) Thrust bearings reduce the friction torque of the valve stem, allowing for long-term balanced and flexible operation of the valve stem.
(3) The valve seat has good sealing performance and is made of sealing rings made of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene. The structure is easy to seal, and the sealing ability of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
(4) The valve stem seal is reliable. As the valve stem only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing ability increases with the increase of medium pressure.
