Our company has introduced new technology for fat determination and developed it in combination with China's national conditions. The design is reasonable, the performance is stable, the accuracy is high, the operation is labor-saving and time-saving, and the measurement results meet the national (GB5512-85) standard. All indicators have reached the leading level in China. This nitrogen analyzer is an ideal device for measuring fat in industries such as food, oil, and feed.
This instrument uses the Soxhlet extraction principle and weight measurement method to determine fat content. Dissolve fat in organic solvents, use extraction method to separate fat from the solvent, then dry, weigh and calculate the fat content.
This instrument mainly consists of three parts: heating soaking extraction, solvent recovery, and cooling. During operation, the heating temperature can be adjusted according to the boiling point of the reagent and the ambient temperature. The sample is repeatedly soaked and extracted during the extraction process to achieve rapid measurement.
