Usage:
After removing the serum from the low-temperature refrigerator, let it partially melt in the 2-8 ℃ refrigerator for 12-24 hours, and then let it completely melt at room temperature. During the melting process, it is necessary to shake it regularly and evenly.
If one bottle cannot be used up at a time, it is recommended to pack it in a sterile environment and then freeze it to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

保存方法:
(1) Long term stored serum must be stored in a low-temperature refrigerator at -20 ℃ -70 ℃. The storage time in a refrigerator at 4 ℃ should not exceed one month Due to the volume increase of about 10% when serum freezes, it is necessary to reserve a certain volume space before freezing it into a low-temperature refrigerator, otherwise contamination or glass bottle freezing may occur
(2) The serum provided is generally sterile and does not require further filtration for sterilization If suspended particles are found in the serum, the serum can be added to the culture medium and filtered together. Do not filter the serum directly
(3) Serum thawing: The thawing of bottled serum requires a gradual thawing method: serum stored in a low-temperature freezer at -20 ° C to -70 ° C is dissolved in a refrigerator at 4 ° C for 1 day Then move to room temperature and wait for all to dissolve before packaging During the dissolution process, it is necessary to shake gently and evenly (be careful not to cause bubbles) to ensure uniform temperature and composition, and reduce the occurrence of precipitation Do not thaw serum directly from -20 ℃ to 37 ℃, as this can cause protein aggregation and precipitation due to significant temperature changes
(4) Heat inactivation refers to heating thawed serum at 56 ℃ for 30 minutes During the heating process, it is necessary to shake it regularly and evenly The purpose of this heat treatment is to inactivate complement components in serum Unless necessary, this heat treatment is generally not recommended as it can cause a significant increase in serum sediment

If it cannot be used up in a short period of time, please pack it appropriately after thawing.
2. The flocculent sediment in serum is mainly caused by the denaturation of fibrin in thawed serum and lipoprotein in serum stored at 4 ℃ for a long time. These flocculent substances do not affect the quality of the serum itself and do not need to be treated. If necessary, centrifuge at 1500rpm for 5 minutes to remove. But it is not suitable for filtration to remove, as flocculent substances may block the filter membrane.
3. The thawing of bottled serum requires a slow thawing method: Dissolve the serum stored in a low-temperature freezer at -15~-40 ℃ in a refrigerator at 4 ℃ for about half a day to a day, and wait for it to thaw completely before use. During the thawing process, gently shake it evenly every 2 hours (avoiding the formation of bubbles as much as possible) to ensure uniform temperature and composition, and reduce the occurrence of precipitation. Do not directly thaw the serum in a 37 ℃ water bath from -20 ℃ or lower, as this can cause protein aggregation and precipitation due to significant temperature changes, resulting in a decrease in the quality of the serum used.
4. Do not leave the serum at 37 ℃ for too long, otherwise the serum will gradually become turbid, and the active ingredients in the serum will also gradually become inactive, affecting the quality of the serum.
5. For scientific research purposes of professionals, it shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, shall not be used for food or medicine, and shall not be stored in ordinary residential buildings.
