1、 Core Technology Principles and Structural Design
1. Filtration mechanism
Surface filtration: The sub micron ultra-thin fiber layer (gap 0.12-0.6 μ m) on the surface of the filter material directly intercepts dust particles, forming a breathable dust layer in the early stage, achieving low resistance and efficient filtration.
Deep filtration: For ultrafine dust (such as PM2.5), through composite effects such as inertial collision, Brownian diffusion, and electrostatic adsorption, the dust settles between the fibers inside the filter material, ensuring a filtration efficiency of ≥ 99.5%.
2. Key structures
Filter cartridge structure: It consists of a metal frame, pleated filter media (such as spun polyester, PTFE film), and a sealing base. The filtration area is 3-5 times larger than traditional filter bags, and the structure is compact.
Dust cleaning system: using low-pressure pulse blowing technology (pressure 0.2-0.6MPa), the pulse valve opening and closing time is 0.1-0.2 seconds, and the cleaning cycle is 10-30 minutes for each discharge to ensure effective dust removal from the surface of the filter bag.
2、 Key parameters for classification and selection
1. Classify by cleaning method
Pulse jet type: suitable for high concentration dust (such as cement plants, inlet concentration 800-1200mg/m ³), with high dust cleaning efficiency but high energy consumption.
Backblowing type: It uses reverse airflow to clean dust, suitable for sticky dust (such as flour mills). The filter bag has a long service life but a low filtration speed (0.6-1.0m/min).
2. Classification by filter material
Room temperature filter material: Polyester needle punched felt (temperature resistant to 130 ℃), used in the furniture and woodworking industries.
High temperature filter media: PPS (temperature resistant to 190 ℃), fiberglass (temperature resistant to 260 ℃), used for steel and cement kiln heads.
Special filter media: PTFE membrane (filtration accuracy 99.99%), anti-static filter media (surface resistance<10 ⁹ Ω), used for high-precision or explosion-proof scenarios such as lithium batteries and aluminum powder.

Emission concentration: It must meet the requirements of GB 16297-2023 (particulate matter ≤ 10mg/m ³, 5mg/m ³ in key areas), and the steel industry needs to be equipped with an online monitoring system.
Equipment resistance: Normal operating range is 800-1500Pa. If it exceeds 2000Pa, filter bag blockage or dust cleaning failure should be checked.
