The working principle of a filter refueling machine mainly includes the following steps:
1. Oil suction: Under the action of atmospheric pressure vacuum suction, contaminated oil enters the equipment through the inlet.
2. Initial filtration: The oil enters the initial filter, and large particles and impurities are filtered out.
3. Vacuum separation: The oil enters the vacuum separator and, through a specially designed diverging device, generates a huge surface area per unit volume of oil, thereby removing water, air, and gas from the oil.
4. Condensation drainage: The mixed gas formed by evaporated water vapor and gas is condensed into liquid through a water tank and a cooler, and enters the water storage tank together. The remaining gas is vacuum extracted.
5. Fine filtration: The oil that removes moisture is pumped into a fine filter to further remove particulate impurities, which is the purified oil.
