Flat fixed wheel steel gate is a water blocking and sealing device with strong water head bearing capacity and customizable appearance specifications. It is widely used in engineering scenarios such as water conservancy and hydropower, municipal construction, water supply and drainage, aquaculture, and agricultural water conservancy construction. The equipment is made of welded steel plates as the base material and adopts a rubber waterproof structure with excellent sealing performance. For high water head conditions, the addition of groove pulleys and positioning wheels can reduce frictional resistance and achieve convenient lifting and closing of the gate.

The equipment is mainly composed of door frames, gate plates, sealing rings, and adjustable wedge pressure blocks, and has multiple core advantages:

2、 Classification and characteristics of gates

According to the structural form, steel gates can be divided into the following four categories, suitable for different usage scenarios:
  1. Plug in gate (CBZ): adopting a three sided water stop design, with outstanding sealing performance, specially designed for channel installation scenarios;

  2. ZSZ water control gate: equipped with four sided water stop function, suitable for installation in channels or hole walls, with a maximum water head tolerance of 5m;

  3. Stacked beam gate (DLZ): suitable for channel scenarios with low frequency of use, operated by block lifting method;

  4. Flat Gate (PGM): With strong water head bearing capacity and customizable appearance specifications, it is suitable for core scenarios such as working gates and maintenance gates in water conservancy and hydropower projects.

3、 Gate installation specifications

  1. Before installation, it is necessary to check the connecting screws between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame, and between the gate and the gate, to check whether they are loose during transportation, loading and unloading, and whether the joints are misaligned, to ensure that they are adjusted to the same plane; Check the gap between the gate plate and the gate groove, which should be controlled within 0.08mm. If the gap exceeds the standard, it can be adjusted by the closing device, and finally tighten all connecting bolts;

  2. During installation, the entire gate should be vertically inserted into the reserved slot, and adjustment pads should be placed under the two side frames (it is strictly prohibited to place them on the lower crossbeam). The frame should be fixed with a manual hoist and the verticality and levelness of the gate should be calibrated. Then, anchor bolts should be inserted into the anchor holes to fix the position of the gate and support the formwork for the second phase of pouring;

  3. During the pouring of concrete, it is necessary to promptly clean the mortar flowing into the gate, gate frame, inclined iron, and baffle to avoid affecting the opening and closing of the gate after solidification;

  4. Before leaving the factory, for gates with a size of more than 2 meters, in order to ensure a tight fit between the gate and the gate frame, 4-6 closing devices and pressure irons will be installed on the upper and lower frames. After adjusting the gap, the pressure irons need to be removed to ensure the normal opening and closing of the gate.

4、 Key points for the use and maintenance of gates

  1. When opening and closing the gate, attention should be paid to the upper and lower positions of the gate. Overlimit operation is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the gate or the hoist;

  2. If any abnormal situation occurs during the opening and closing process, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and maintenance. Only after troubleshooting can it continue to be used;

  3. When the gate is closed to a distance of 10 centimeters from the bottom of the gate, pause for 2 minutes, use the current to flush out the debris in the bottom gate slot, and then complete the closing operation.

5、 Instructions for the opening and closing machine

(1) Installation Specification for Screw Shutter

  1. The basic layout plane should be kept 180 ° horizontal, and the contact surface between the hoist base and the foundation should reach more than 90%; The axis of the screw should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane measured by the gate platform and kept perpendicular to the lifting ear hole of the gate plate to avoid local force damage to the machine parts caused by the inclination of the screw;

  2. Place the hoist in the designated installation position, set a limit plate on the screw, screw the screw into the hoist from the lower part of the crossbeam, wait for the screw to be exposed from above the hoist, then set another limit plate, and finally connect the lower part of the screw to the gate;

  3. The installation of the foundation building for the hoist must be stable, and the concrete for the machine base and foundation components must be poured according to the requirements of the drawings. Before the concrete strength meets the design standards, temporary supports cannot be removed, and trial adjustment and operation are strictly prohibited;

  4. The installation deviation should be controlled within the specified range: the gate deviation is ≤± 3mm, the elevation deviation is ≤± 5mm, and then the second phase concrete pouring or connection with the embedded steel plate should be carried out;

  5. The installation of electrical equipment must comply with the requirements of the drawings and instructions, and all electrical equipment must be reliably grounded;

  6. After installation, clean the surface of the hoist, repair damaged protective paint, and apply lubricating grease.

(2) Debugging process of opening and closing machine

  1. No load debugging: Ensure that the three-phase current imbalance is ≤ ± 10%, and record the current value;

  2. Upper and lower limit adjustment: When the gate is fully closed, press the upper limit plate onto the upper travel switch and fix it to the screw; When the gate is fully open, press the lower limit plate down on the travel switch and fix it to the screw;

  3. Accuracy calibration: Ensure that the error of the gate lifting to the upper and lower limits is ≤ 1cm;

  4. Test run inspection: Conduct a good no-load test run, allowing the screw to complete two strokes, check for any abnormal noise, and verify if the installation meets technical requirements; Perform a rated load test run again, complete two strokes, observe the operation status of the screw and gate, and confirm that there are no abnormalities before officially putting them into use.

(3) Maintenance and operation specifications for the use of the hoist

  1. The staff need to be proficient in the structure, performance, and operation methods of the hoist, possess basic mechanical knowledge, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment;

  2. Before starting work, check the lubrication condition and bolt fastening status of each part of the hoist. For electric hoist models, it is necessary to additionally check the power line connection and switch status;

  3. During electric operation, staff are not allowed to leave the site without authorization. If any problems are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for handling;

  4. When repairing the hoist, the load must be removed first to avoid safety accidents during the maintenance process;

  5. Daily use requires regular injection of lubricating oil through the oil injection hole to maintain sufficient oil level; The screw needs to be regularly cleaned of oil stains and coated with new oil to prevent rusting.

(4) Types and characteristics of opening and closing machines

  1.
