Product Features:

1. This product adopts foreign production technology, and the inner layer is subjected to high pressure during the production process. The nylon curtain fabric and adhesive layer are better combined, and the working pressure is higher and the quality is better than that of ordinary flexible rubber joints.

2. Its characteristic is that the inner adhesive layer is mixed and seamless, with smooth and seamless marks. The label adopts vulcanization process and is combined with the product.

3. It is widely used in water supply and drainage, circulating water, HVAC, fire protection, paper making, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, ship, pump, compressor, fan and other pipeline systems.

4. The ordinary type is used to transport air, compressed air, water, seawater, oil, acid, alkali, etc. from -15 ℃ to+115 ℃.

5. Special type is used for conveying the above-mentioned media or oil, concentrated acid and alkali, solid materials above -30 ℃ to+250 ℃.

Application scope:

1. Installation and use:

1. Flexible rubber joints must not be installed beyond the displacement limit during installation.

2. The installation bolts should be symmetrical, gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage.

3. For working pressures above 1.6 MPa, the installation bolts should have elastic pressure pads to prevent loosening during operation.

4. When installed vertically, there should be vertical force support at both ends of the joint pipeline, and anti pull devices can be used to prevent the work from being compressed and pulled off.

5. The installation site should be away from heat sources and ozone areas. It is strictly prohibited to expose to strong radiation and use media that do not meet the requirements of this product.

6. Sharp tools are strictly prohibited from scratching the surface and sealing surface during transportation, loading, and unloading.
