Pneumatic control valves equipped with electrical valve positioning or pneumatic valve positioners can achieve automatic regulation and control of fluid media in process pipelines. Pneumatic control valves are widely used to precisely control process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, liquid level, etc. of gases, liquids, steam, and other media to maintain them at given values. Especially suitable for situations where leakage is allowed to be small, the pressure difference before and after the valve is not large, and there is a certain viscosity and a small amount of fiber medium.

The adjustable range is large, with an inherent adjustable ratio of 50:1. The actuator adopts a multi spring structure, reducing height by 30% and weight by 30%.
4. The ZJHPW type bellows sealed regulating valve forms a good seal for the moving valve stem, preventing fluid leakage.
5. The ZJHPJ type regulating valve is equipped with an insulation jacket, which is used in situations where the fluid is prone to crystallization and solidification after cooling, causing blockage.

2. Pneumatic (K) - Valve position closed (FC) when gas is lost.
3. The gas shut-off valve consists of a positive acting actuator and a regulating valve body. When the input signal pressure changes from the lower limit value to the upper limit value, the valve opens from fully open to fully closed.
4. The pneumatic valve consists of a reaction actuator and a regulating valve body. When the input signal pressure changes from the lower limit value to the upper limit value, the valve moves from fully closed to fully open.
