working principle

The DLADD series fluorescent tracer dosing device adopts an online fluorescent sensor, which detects the concentration of fluorescent agents in water every 3 seconds through fluorescence technology, and maintains a reasonable concentration of scale inhibitors in the system through an intelligent controller.

If the drug concentration value is higher than the set point, the controller will turn off the dosing pump. If the drug concentration value is lower than the set point, the controller will turn on the dosing pump. This achieves feedback closed-loop control, ensuring that the system's drug concentration remains within a relatively small range near the control target.

Characteristics of specialized fluorescent agents

Special molecular structure, high fluorescence efficiency, and the system can achieve high-quality detection and control with a concentration of only 100ppb;

Easy to dissolve, the concentration of the formulated drug or the dosage concentration appears colorless, with normal sensory perception, and has no color effect on water treatment agents;

It is an inert fluorescent tracer with a neutral pH and good compatibility with the drug, without any reaction or incompatibility with the target drug;

It also has no impact on the pH of the circulating water system;

Good particle control ensures that there is no dust flying during the mixing process;

Long term stability is good, with a lifespan of over 3 years under the original packaging, without decomposition or deterioration.
