Working Principle:
The oil fume exhaust gas is sucked into the industrial oil fume purifier by the fan for primary filtration and purification. Some of the larger oil mist droplets and oil particles are captured on the flow plate due to mechanical collision and obstruction. When the airflow enters the high-voltage electrostatic field, under the action of the high-voltage electric field, the oil fume gas ionizes, the oil mist charges, and most of it is degraded and carbonized; A small number of tiny oil particles move towards the positive and negative plates of the electric field under the electric field force and airflow of the adsorption electric field, and are collected on the plates. Under the action of their own gravity, they flow to the oil collection tray and are discharged through the oil discharge channel. The remaining micrometer sized oil mist is degraded into carbon dioxide and water by the electric field. At the same time, under the action of the high-voltage generator, the negative oxygen ions and oxygen in the electric field produce ozone, removing most of the odors in the flue gas. The remaining slight odors are adsorbed and filtered by the back-end carbon adsorption layer, and finally discharged into clean air.
