Product working principle:

Oily wastewater enters the first stage solvent to separate particle residues. When the oily wastewater passes through a special inclined plate liquid level device, the residence time of the wastewater is shortened. The oil droplets accelerate from small to large with the help of the kinetic energy of the high-speed flow of the wastewater. The dissolved water or microbubble generation device generated by the dissolved gas system is rapidly depressurized and released into the water, producing a large number of fine bubbles. Several bubbles adhere to the suspended solids or oil surfaces in the water, forming suspended solids with an overall density of less than 1. Based on the viscosity of the waste oil and the thickness difference of the oil layer at the user's site, the oil absorption device breaks the surface tension of the oily wastewater, adsorbs the surface oil layer, and transfers it to the oil discharge port for removal, thereby achieving the purpose of oil-water separation.

1. Slag separation function

After the oily wastewater enters the oil-water separator, the front-end slag separation device isolates more than 3MM of waste residue. After the slag separation is filled, it is taken away at regular intervals.

2. Regularly drain oil

When the oil level in the GYF industrial oil-water separator reaches a certain height, the mechanical skimming system automatically works, skimming the floating oil into the oil collection tank and flowing into the external storage tank. After the storage tank is filled, it is taken away at regular intervals.

3. Air flotation device

The microbubble generation device generated by the dissolved gas system releases a large number of microbubbles in water through rapid pressure reduction. Through buoyancy, it rises to the water surface for solid-liquid separation (while also reducing BOD, COD, chromaticity, etc.).

4. Constant temperature system

To prevent the freezing of animal oil in winter from affecting the oil separation and scraping effect, the industrial oil-water separator provided by Minhong Company is also equipped with a heater in the oil collection area to ensure that the oil will not solidify into blocks at low temperatures, which is more conducive to the discharge of oil.
