Product Introduction:
The Minhong Environmental Protection Jingzhan brand MH-GUG photocatalytic organic waste gas purifier uses the latest specially designed high-energy high ozone UV beam to irradiate odorous gases and TiO2 photocatalysis, catalyzing the cracking of odorous gases such as nitrogen, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide and styrene, sulfides H2S, VOCs, benzene, toluene, xylene molecular chain structure, so that the molecular chains of organic or inorganic high molecular weight odorous compounds can be degraded and transformed into low molecular weight compounds such as CO2, H2O under high-energy UV beam irradiation.

Working Principle:
Waste gas and odorous gases are introduced into the UV photocatalytic organic waste gas purification equipment by a fan. The pollutant medium is excited by the high-energy UV beam cracking, and under the action of UV irradiation, various active free radicals, high-energy ions, ozone, atomic oxygen, ecological oxygen and other mixed gases with high concentration, intensity and energy are generated. A series of complex differentiation, cracking, oxidation and reduction processes are carried out to convert odorous gas substances into low molecular weight odorless harmless compounds or completely mineralize, generating water and carbon dioxide. The entire decomposition and oxidation process is completed within 1-2 seconds and discharged through the air duct to meet the standard.

Ozone generation:
By using high-energy UV beams for decomposition, a large number of free electrons are generated in the air, most of which can be obtained by oxygen to form negative oxygen ions (O3-). Negative oxygen ions are unstable and easily lose one electron to become reactive oxygen species (ozone). Ozone is a high-grade oxidant that can oxidize and decompose organic and inorganic substances. It can react with ozone to produce major odors such as ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide, styrene, etc. Under the action of ozone, these odorous gases are decomposed from large molecular substances into small molecular substances until mineralization.
The process of ozone generation:
UV+air pollution → O+other negative ions → O2 → negative oxygen ions → ozone O3
·The generation of OH (hydroxyl radical):
The device can simultaneously utilize plasma adsorption capacity, strong oxidation by light radiation, and the interaction between ultraviolet beams and nanoscale TiO2 to generate · OH. Ozone dissolved in water can also generate · OH
·OH (hydroxyl radical) is one of the most active oxidants, with significantly higher oxidation ability than ordinary oxidants. It reacts with odorous gases and has a higher degree of mineralization. The comparison of oxidation potentials of several oxidants is shown in the following table:
Sterilization and disinfection:
By utilizing high-energy light radiation for strong oxidation and high-energy UV beams to break down the molecular bonds of bacteria in odorous gases, the nucleic acid of bacteria is destroyed (DNA or AB plates can be customized). Then, oxidation reactions are carried out through · OH and O3 to thoroughly achieve deodorization and kill bacteria.
