working principle:
The MVR-FC forced circulation evaporator uses a forced circulation evaporator as the main evaporation unit, with the operation purpose of evaporation and crystallization. The heating chamber is served by a tube heat exchanger, which is the heating unit of the evaporation system. The heat exchange tubes are immersed in the solution and are driven by the forced pushing of the circulation pump. The typical feature is that the material circulates at a large flow rate between the heater and the evaporation chamber.
The evaporation chamber is a place for material boiling, gas-liquid separation, supersaturation generation and elimination, and crystal growth. It is equipped with an efficient foam removal device at the top and a conical structure at the bottom. According to the needs of crystallization conditions, in order to obtain crystal products, there are various forms of internal structures for the evaporator to choose from, in order to meet different fluid field requirements.
The selection of a circulating pump is crucial as it enhances the heat transfer efficiency of the system while providing appropriate supersaturation for crystallization. Based on the years of accumulation of crystallization technology at Noda Company, our advocated circulation volume (not larger or smaller) and matching head, as well as lower impeller speed, are necessary to improve evaporation efficiency and cultivate large particle crystals.
