The fully automatic sodium ion exchanger (fully automatic water softener) is one of the commonly used equipment in the industrial production field. However, if the boiler water contains hardness salts such as calcium and magnesium ions, scale will be formed on the heating surface of the boiler, thereby reducing the boiler's thermal efficiency, increasing fuel consumption, and even causing local overheating and damage to components, leading to even worse situations. Therefore, industrial boilers need to undergo water softening or desalination treatment. In industry, water with a hardness of less than 1 is generally referred to as soft water, water between 1-10 is generally referred to as hard water, and water with a hardness greater than 10 is often referred to as high hardness water. In industrial boilers operating in our country, the failure rate of boilers due to water quality issues reaches 1/4. This is because traditional softened water treatment equipment is complex to operate, has poor reliability, high failure rate, and is in an abnormal working state for a long time. The water quality cannot be guaranteed, resulting in high boiler failure rate and short service life.
The Duoling DLN series fully automatic sodium ion exchanger is based on the world-renowned FLECK company's softened water technology. It achieves fully automatic control of every step of the operation and regeneration of the water softener, and uses time, flow rate, or sensors to initiate regeneration. Adjust the FLECK series fully automatic water softener to use a time synchronous motor to control all working programs. Set the restoration cycle within 7 or 12 days as needed, and choose the restoration time within 24 hours. The restoration process can also be adjusted.
The FLECK flow type fully automatic water softener adopts flow control for all working procedures, and the equipment can provide continuous (or intermittent) water supply. The regeneration device is automatically started by the flow controller, and the program can be selected according to needs. Due to the mature technology and easy operation of the FLECK series fully automatic soft water equipment control system, the use of lead-free brass valve bodies fully meets hygiene requirements, and the addition of PTFE coated pistons to reduce resistance and extend service life, the operation is reliable.

▲ Single valve single tank, intermittent water supply
Composed of an exchange tank, a control valve, and a salt tank, water production is stopped for 2 hours during production. Suitable for intermittent water supply situations, if continuous water supply is required, a water tank that can store 2.5 hours of soft water volume should be configured.
▲ Single valve dual tank, one in use and one backup, alternate water supply
A single control valve is used to control the alternating water supply of two exchange tanks. When the operating exchange tank has produced the set soft water, it automatically switches to the live state and starts the other exchange tank to operate, achieving uninterrupted water supply. Suitable for occasions that require continuous water supply.

It consists of two control valves, two exchange tanks, and two salt tanks. When the water volume reaches the set value, one tank starts to produce, and after the production is completed, it returns to the water supply state. At the same time, the other tank begins to grow, and after the growth is completed, it also returns to the water supply state, with both tanks supplying water simultaneously. Suitable for continuous water supply scenarios with high water output.
