Compact structure, the electric suction filter utilizes electronic technology and operates in an integrated electromechanical control mode, which is reliable, safe, does not require manual intervention, and has low operating costs;
High filtration accuracy, suitable for various types of water quality. Adopting a wedge-shaped stainless steel wire gap filter cartridge, it has high stability and impact resistance, superior to woven mesh, especially suitable for filtering sharp particles, and has a long service life with excellent filtration and backwashing characteristics;
Low water consumption and required water pressure for backwashing; During backwashing, the pressure drop is small, which does not affect the normal water supply. The use of pressure difference for backwashing and brush cleaning enhances the flushing effect, consumes less backwashing fluid, and saves energy.

working principle
The electric suction self-cleaning filter is equipped with a suction scanner inside the filter screen, and the scanner motor drives a spiral motion. A drain valve is installed on the filter end cover. During cleaning, the motor drives the suction scanner to scan the surface of the filter screen, remove dirt and impurities, and discharge the filter through the drain valve. There is no need to cut off the flow during cleaning. When water flows through the electric suction self-cleaning filter, the filter gradually accumulates dirt and impurities in the water, forming a filter cake that accumulates on the surface of the filter, resulting in a water pressure difference between the inlet and outlet pipes. When the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will begin, during which the clean water supply continues to flow. The cleaning valve opens, and the water pressure in the storage and suction chambers drops significantly. A suction force is generated between the filter cartridge, suction pipe, and cleaning chamber through the suction nozzle, forming a suction process. At the same time, the electric suction self-cleaning filter is driven by an electric motor to spiral the suction pipe along the axial direction. The combination of axial and rotational motion of the suction device cleans the entire inner surface of the filter screen. The entire flushing process takes about 35 seconds to 90 seconds. The drain valve is closed at the end of cleaning. The filter screen starts the next flushing cycle.
Fully automatic suction filter supplyInstallation and installation precautions:
1. The direction of the arrow on the body is the direction of water flow, and the filter should be installed in this direction, that is, the direction of water flow in the system should be the same as the direction of the arrow * and should not be reversed.
2. There are three installation methods for the filter, as shown in the figure, but attention should be paid to the correct direction of water flow. During installation, the hydraulic control valve should be placed in a horizontal or downward position as much as possible to ensure proper drainage.
3. Filters should be installed in series in the pipeline system. To ensure uninterrupted water supply during filter maintenance during shutdown, a bypass should be installed in the system. Cut off ball valves such as globe valves and butterfly valves should be installed at the inlet and outlet of the filter as well as the bypass.
4. The selection of filter specifications should follow the principle of flow matching. When the flow rate of a single filter cannot meet the requirements of the pipeline, two (or more) filters can be installed in parallel
5. The filter should be installed before the water equipment that needs to be protected in the system
6. Check valves should be installed at the outlet of the filter in areas where backflow may occur.
