It can greatly shorten the exhaust time after the initial water injection of the heating or cooling system, which is extremely beneficial for the initial commissioning and operation of the system to remove gas from the system, prevent gas blockage, and ensure stable and reliable operation of the system during normal operation. Eliminate water pump cavitation and reduce system operating noise. Due to the removal of oxygen from the water, the aerobic corrosion of the system will be reduced and the equipment usage time will be extended. Due to the removal of gas from the water, there will be no gas bubbles attached to the surface of the heat exchanger, which improves the heating efficiency. The working time and cycle of the deaerator can be adjusted as needed. The system capacity of a single unit can reach up to 150 m3. Multiple units can be used in parallel. The equipment is easy to install, fully automated, safe and reliable, and easy to maintain.

*Working environment humidity: relative humidity ≤ 80%

*Storage environment temperature: 0 ℃ -55 ℃

Precautions

1. Before each use, the top cover should be opened and the inside of the device should be cleaned with hot water or sodium hydroxide solution.

2. When using, ensure that all sealing parts are in good condition and there is no air leakage.
