G-type screw pump is an internal meshing rotary displacement pump. When the rotor of the single helix rotates around the stator axis in the stator hole of the double helix, the closed chamber formed between the rotor and stator continuously, uniformly, and with a constant volume transports the medium from the suction end to the discharge end. Due to these characteristics, single screw pumps are particularly suitable for the following working conditions:

Transportation of high viscosity media. The viscosity of the medium varies depending on the size of the pump, ranging from 20000 MPa. s to 200000 MPa. s.

Media containing solid particles or fibers. The maximum particle size can reach 16mm (not exceeding the rotor eccentricity), the longest fiber length can reach 100mm (equivalent to 0.4 times the rotor pitch), and the solid content can generally reach 40%. When the solid content in the medium is fine powder particles, it can reach up to 60% or higher.

Require continuous delivery, stable pressure, and no periodic pressure fluctuations of reciprocating pumps.

Require minimal agitation during transportation, without damaging the inherent structure of the conveyed medium.

6、 Precautions for the application of G-type stainless steel sanitary screw pump

Before starting the G-type screw pump, the direction of operation must be determined first and must not be reversed.

2. It is strictly prohibited to operate the G-type screw pump without a medium to avoid damaging the stator.

3. For newly installed or shut down pumps that cannot be started immediately, an appropriate amount of engine oil should be injected into the pump body first, and then the pipe clamp should be turned a few times before starting.

After conveying high viscosity or media containing particles and corrosiveness, rinse with water or solvent to prevent blockage and avoid difficulty in starting next time.

5. In winter, liquid accumulation should be eliminated to prevent freezing and cracking.

During the use of G-type screw pumps, lubricating oil should be regularly added to the bearing box. If seepage is found at the shaft end, the oil seal should be promptly treated or replaced.

If any abnormal situation occurs during the operation of the G-type screw pump, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause and eliminate the fault.
