The G9-38D high-temperature centrifugal fan adopts a water-cooled oil cooling design. This model is used for heating and smoking in building materials such as flower pots and ceramics industries, and can also be used in other ventilation places with gas below 350 degrees Celsius. The G9-38D high-temperature centrifugal fan is composed of components such as impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, and machine base.
1. Impeller: The impeller is the heart of the entire fan. The blade profile of the fan is designed according to the new fan theory, and corresponding materials are selected according to different working conditions. It has high temperature resistance performance. After the impeller is made, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, and the accuracy is g5.6 level (higher than the national standard g6.3 level).
2. Shell and machine base: The shell is made of corresponding materials according to different working conditions, with temperature resistance performance, and is welded to the machine base as a whole to ensure the rigidity of the whole machine. The import and export flanges of the FWX and FWG series both use JB81-59 (6kg grade) standard flanges.
3. Air inlet: Made of stainless steel material, with a convergent streamline overall structure and fixed with bolts.
4. Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearings, bearing housing, coupling and other components. The main shaft is made of heat-resistant material and undergoes quenching and tempering treatment to ensure sufficient strength. There are two types of bearing housings: integral and split, both of which use circulating water cooling and are equipped with cooling fans on the main shaft.
