Introduction to GPS high-frequency vibrating screen

The GPS series high-frequency vibrating screen (high-frequency screen) is used to separate solid and crushed ores, with a particle size of about 200 μ m, suitable for wet and dry raw materials. The frequency of the vibrating screen is mainly controlled by an electromagnetic vibrator installed above the vibrating screen and directly connected to the surface of the vibrating screen. High frequency vibrating screen (high-frequency screen) has high efficiency, small amplitude, and high screening frequency.

Structure of GPS high-frequency vibrating screen

High frequency vibrating screen, abbreviated as high-frequency screen, is mainly composed of a screen box, exciter, suspension (or support) device, and electric motor. The electric motor drives the spindle of the exciter to rotate through a V-belt. Due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter, the sieve box vibrates. By changing the eccentric weight of the exciter, different amplitudes can be obtained.

  1. No rotating parts, no need to add lubricating oil;
  2. Simple structure, easy maintenance, low failure rate;
  3. The vibrator utilizes the principle of resonance, operating in a critical resonance state with a dual mass, requiring low driving power and no large starting current during startup, resulting in low noise;
  4. The excitation or amplitude of the high-frequency vibrating screen body can be adjusted, and the particle size of the screened product can be controlled by changing the excitation force of the screen body (adjusting the excitation);
  5. At the same time as the sieve body vibrates, there is also relative vibration between the sieve strips of the sieve, and the gaps between the sieve strips are not easily blocked.
