The GQ641M pneumatic high-temperature ball valve produced by Shanghai Yuhu Company is composed of a metal hard seal ball valve and a piston type pneumatic actuator. The sealing surface adopts a metal hard sealing valve seat, which can be applied to media within ≤ 650 °. Pneumatic high-temperature ball valves can be equipped with valve positioners to input control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) for air supply to control operation. It can also be equipped with travel limit switches, solenoid valves, pressure reducing valves, and 0.4-0.7MPa gas sources to achieve switch operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switch of the valve. Pneumatic high-temperature ball valves have the advantages of compact structure, small volume, reliable operation, good sealing, easy maintenance, convenient installation, and strong adaptability. Especially suitable for situations where the medium is viscous, contains particles, and has fibrous properties. Pneumatic high-temperature ball valves are widely used in automatic control systems for industries such as petroleum, chemical, teaching equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, pharmaceuticals, and papermaking, for remote centralized control or on-site control.
