Introduction to Inertial Vibration Conveyor

The GZS type inertial vibration conveyor is used for various granular, medium block size, positive and negative non viscous materials (with a moisture content of less than 5%). Suitable for conveying materials with high wear and high temperature (below 300 ℃). Such as cement clinker, dried hot slag, sand, etc.

Characteristics of Inertial Vibration Conveyor

1. Large conveying capacity, light weight, and low power consumption.
2. Good load characteristics. The amplitude of the machine slot is minimally affected by voltage fluctuations on the conveying capacity; Fast starting, able to start normally under full load conditions; Quick parking, the whole machine is stable when parked.
3. Simple structure, easy debugging, minimal wear and tear, and low maintenance volume.
4. The vibration conveyor is easy to install. No special foundation or anchor bolts are required, making it easy to move the position.
5. Good seismic isolation performance. Therefore, it is suitable for transporting cement clinker and slag from the top of the warehouse.
