It is used for feeding, batching, and quantitative automatic packaging of powdered and granular materials in production processes, and can achieve centralized control and automatic control.


Characteristics of GZV miniature electromagnetic vibration feeder

Compared with other forms of feeders, the GZV micro electromagnetic vibration feeder has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple structure, low power consumption, and stepless adjustment of feeding amount.

The GZV miniature electromagnetic vibration feeder is equipped with a control box that can achieve manual and automatic adjustment. The micro feeder has a seat type structure and only needs to be placed on the workbench during operation. Additionally, one to two layers of screen mesh can be added to the feeding trough to create a small-scale vibrating screening device.

When designing the silo, the silo pressure should be minimized as much as possible, so that the rear side plate of the chute can withstand a certain amount of silo pressure, and inclined chute and discharge gate should be set up. As shown in the figure, generally a=1/4b. There should be a certain gap between the chute and the feeding chute, usually 5-10mm, to avoid noise and vibration.
