When smoke passes through these filter bags, particulate matter is trapped on the surface of the bag. Filter bags are usually made of high-temperature resistant and chemically corrosion-resistant materials to adapt to the high temperature and corrosive gas environment during the waste incineration process.

4. Dust removal process: Over time, particulate matter will gradually accumulate on the surface of the bag, affecting dust removal efficiency. In order to maintain good dust removal effect, the bag filter is equipped with a pulse cleaning system. At regular intervals or based on differential pressure monitoring, the system will spray compressed air into the bag, shaking off particles on the surface of the bag through impact and vibration, thereby maintaining a clean filtering surface.
