Garbage leachate treatment equipment
Overview/Processing Technology
Leachate from garbage refers to the water contained in the garbage itself, as well as the rain, snow, and other water entering the landfill, after deducting the saturated water holding capacity of the garbage and soil layers,And it is a high concentration organic wastewater formed by passing through garbage layers and soil cover layers. The water quality of leachate from garbage is quite complex, containing various toxic and harmful inorganic and organic pollutants, as well as heavy metal pollutants. Among them, there are as many as 99 types of organic pollutants detected by technology, of which 22 are listed as key control areas by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. One of them can directly cause cancer, and five can induce cancer. In addition, the leachate also contains high concentrations of ammonia nitrogen SS、 Chloride and non chlorinated aromatic compounds such as naphthalene and phenanthrene, chlorinated aromatic compounds, phosphoric acid vinegar, phenolic compounds, and aniline compounds that are difficult to biodegrade. The concentrations of CODcr, BOD5, and ammonia nitrogen in leachate from garbage can reach thousands to tens of thousands, and the proportion is severely imbalanced. Therefore, leachate cannot be directly discharged into urban sewage treatment pipelines without strict treatment and disposal. Generally speaking, CODcr, BOD5, and BOD5/CODcr decrease with the age of the landfill site, while alkali content increases and ammonia nitrogen content increases, making treatment more difficult.
Garbage leachate treatmentThe process flow can be divided into pre-treatment, biological treatment, deep treatment, and post-treatment, and the combination treatment method can be selected and optimized according to the actual leachate water quality and discharge standards. The pre-treatment methods include biological, physical, and chemical methods, with the aim of removing suspended solids, inorganic impurities, and ammonia nitrogen. Biological treatment methods include anaerobic and aerobic methods, which treat organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen in leachate. Deep processing techniques include nanofiltration, reverse osmosis, adsorption filtration, and advanced oxidation, with the aim of removing suspended solids, dissolved substances, and colloidal substances to further purify water quality. The purpose of the post-treatment process is to treat various sludge generated after treatment, as well as the concentrated solution produced by nanofiltration and reverse osmosis.
Due to the innovation and development of membrane technology, the company adopts stacked tube reverse osmosis membrane modules (DTRO) for application inGarbage leachate treatmentEngineering. This process only requires simple filtration pretreatment and secondary DTRO treatment to meet emission standards, simplifying the process flow, reducing land occupation, and lowering operating costs.
