Equipment Introduction

There are three types of inclined plate filling materials: polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). There are two types of assembly forms: inclined tube and straight tube. Honeycomb inclined tube packing is mainly used for various sedimentation and sand removal purposes. It has been widely used in water supply and drainage engineering in the past decade and has become a water treatment device. After flocculant treatment, a large amount of alum floc like objects will appear in the water, and this suspended matter needs to be intercepted with inclined tube packing. In the water treatment process, the spacing between the inclined plates is generally not less than 50mm, and the length of the inclined plates (pipes) is generally between 1.0-1.2m to ensure the cleaning effect. When the inclined tube packing is placed in water, the length of the inclined plates (pipes) is generally between 1.0-1.2m.

Below the slope (pipe) is the wastewater distribution area, with a height generally below 0.5m, and below is the sludge area. When the inclined tube packing sedimentation tank discharges water, a porous collection hole is generally used 2cm below the water surface to prevent floating debris from being carried away by the water flow. How to determine the flow rate of sewage passing through the inclined pipe packing? This depends on the degree of pollution of the sewage. If treating domestic sewage, the flow rate is generally controlled between 0.5-0.7 millimeters per second. If the flow rate of the inclined pipe packing is too high, it cannot effectively remove suspended solids.

When filling with inclined pipes, there are many issues to be aware of. These factors not only need to consider the quality of the inclined pipe packing itself, but also the quality of the incoming water.
