General centrifugal fan 4-72C

The general centrifugal fan 4-72C is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission part and other parts matched with a direct connected motor.

The general centrifugal fan 4-72C is made of fiberglass material for transporting corrosive gases, and its performance and foundation size are the same as the 4-72 type.

1) The impeller consists of 10 aft sloping wing shaped blades, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate. Made of copper plate or cast aluminum alloy, with dynamic and static balance correction, good air performance, and smooth operation.

2) The air inlet is made as a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The cross-section parallel to the shaft is curved, which allows gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.

3) The transmission part consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, rolling bearings, pulleys or couplings.

2、 Scope of application:

The general centrifugal fan 4-72C can be used for indoor ventilation and air exchange in general factories and large buildings, conveying air and other unnatural, non corrosive gases to the human body and copper materials. The general centrifugal fan 4-72C can be used for ventilation and exchange of flammable and volatile gases. There shall be no viscous substances in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained shall not exceed 150mg/m2. The gas temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.
