They are suitable for media such as water, oil, steam, and acidic media.
American standard flange check valve
American standard flange check valves are produced by our company according to the requirements of American National Standard ANSIB16.34 and American Petroleum Institute Standard API16D. According to the structure, it can be divided into three types: lift check valve, swing check valve, and butterfly check valve.
German standard flange check valve
The structural length standard of the German standard flange check valve adopts DIN3202, and the flange standard adopts DIN2543-DIN2546 for design and manufacturing. The structure is reasonable, the performance is excellent, and the appearance is beautiful. The structure of a German standard flange check valve is generally similar to that of a globe valve. Its valve disc moves up and down along a line in the channel, which is reliable in action, but has high fluid resistance and is suitable for situations with light and small diameters.
Flange lift check valve
The structure of a flange lift check valve is generally similar to that of a globe valve. Its valve disc moves up and down along a line in the channel, which is reliable in action, but has high fluid resistance and is suitable for situations with light and small diameters. Lift check valves can be either straight through or vertical. Straight through lift check valves are generally only installed in horizontal pipelines, while vertical lift check valves are generally installed in vertical pipelines.
Flange swing check valve
Flange swing check valves can be divided into two types based on the number of valve discs: single disc swing check valves and double disc swing check valves. Single disc swing check valves are generally suitable for medium caliber applications. Double flap swing check valve is suitable for large and medium diameter pipelines. The double flap rotary check valve has a small structure and light weight, and is a rapidly developing check valve.
Flange vertical check valve
Flange vertical check valves are generally installed in vertical pipelines. Install the arrow upwards and use the medium to flush open the valve disc from bottom to top, allowing the medium to circulate. When the medium stops, the valve disc falls down by its own weight to close the valve, or it can be closed downwards by the reflux medium valve disc.
Flange high-pressure check valve
The flange high-pressure check valve disc and seat sealing surface are made of cobalt based hard alloy plasma spray welding, with high hardness, erosion resistance, and durability. It is suitable for various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, hydraulic, and thermal power stations with nominal pressure PN1.6-32.0Mpa and working temperature 600 ℃, to cut off or connect media in pipelines.
Flange slag discharge check valve
The design and manufacturing standards of PH44Y flange slag discharge check valve comply with DL/T530, "Technical Conditions for Hydraulic Ash Removal and Slag Discharge". This product is suitable for use as an opening and closing device in the water ash removal system of thermal power plants, metallurgy, industrial steelmaking, sand and dust wastewater treatment, steel rolling and iron sheet sweat treatment, coal mine slag, water slag treatment, and mining industrial beneficiation pipelines.
Check valve for flange ammonia
The flange ammonia check valve is strictly designed and manufactured according to the ammonia valve standard. The valve disc moves up and down along the center positioning, and the sealing surface is made of Babbitt alloy or PTFE, with low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, flexible and reliable action, and excellent sealing performance. Ammonia check valves are suitable for ammonia or liquid ammonia pipelines to prevent medium reflux.
Flange silencing check valve
HC41X flange silencing check valve is suitable for water supply and drainage pipelines. The valve disc is guided by the central axis at both ends of the inlet and outlet, with flexible opening and closing, and can be installed horizontally or vertically. The valve disc is spring-loaded, and its rapid closure can effectively reduce water hammer pressure, with good sealing performance and no noise during closure. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, low fluid resistance, fatigue resistance, and long service life.
Flange check valve
HC42X, HC42T, and HC42H flange check valves are suitable for water supply, drainage, fire protection, and HVAC systems. They can be installed at the outlet of the water pump to prevent medium backflow and water hammer damage to the pump. The internal flow channel adopts a streamlined design, with minimal pressure loss and a short opening and closing stroke of the valve disc. When the pump is stopped, it can be quickly closed to prevent huge water hammer sound and achieve the desired effect.

Service commitment of Shangou Valve:
(1) Strictly follow the contract requirements and provide products that meet design standards and have qualified quality.
(2) Strictly inspect and control the incoming quality of raw materials, components, and supporting parts.
(3) Ensure that the processing technology and testing methods of the supplied equipment are complete. The product will never leave the factory with defects.
(4) Take full responsibility for any issues related to subcontractor's supply, quality, equipment performance, technical interfaces, services, etc. The key components specified in the contract must meet the relevant qualification requirements and be approved by the purchaser.
(5) According to the contract, provide relevant department standards and drawings to the supervision unit, and facilitate the supervision. Notify the demand party and the supervision representative 7 days in advance of the shutdown and inspection parts of the supervision equipment. The supervision appointed by the demand party is to urge us to produce qualified products according to the standards, but it does not reduce all our quality responsibilities.
(6) Timely report any quality defects that occur during the equipment manufacturing process to the demand side and the supervision representative, and do not conceal them. If the equipment defect exceeds the standard specified in the contract, the supplier shall replace it unconditionally. During the installation and trial operation process, if there are quality issues with the equipment, the problem should be dealt with first, and then responsibilities should be clarified, all based on meeting the requirements of the project schedule.
(7) We will insure the equipment provided during the manufacturing, transportation, and loading/unloading processes. In the event of an accident, we will promptly replace and repair the equipment as needed free of charge until the buyer is satisfied.
(8) If any missing parts or other reasons cause the loss of components during the unpacking process, we are responsible for promptly and free of charge filling the missing parts. If any quality problems are found during the installation and debugging process of the equipment, as well as during the operation of the equipment in the future, and are caused by our side, we will bear the responsibility.
(9) Provide the purchaser with all technical information and drawings as stipulated in the contract on time. It is our obligation to invite the demand side to participate in our technical design review when necessary.
(10) Provide technical services on site at the requested time, and guide the demander to install, test run, and produce according to our technical data and drawings.
(11) For the supporting equipment related to the contract equipment purchased by the demander first, we will proactively provide technical conditions and information that meet the equipment interface requirements.
(12) Strictly implement the minutes or agreements of meetings held by both the supply and demand sides on relevant issues.
(13) According to the contract, free business classes on equipment installation, debugging, use, and maintenance technology will be held for the demander.
(14) Strengthen pre-sales, in sales, and after-sales services, and implement '24-hour service', 'advanced service', 'full process service', and 'lifelong service' throughout the entire process of product manufacturing, installation, debugging, and major repairs.
(15) After receiving quality issue information reported by the demand side, respond or dispatch service personnel within 24 hours, arrive at the site as soon as possible, and ensure that the service does not stop if the user is not satisfied with the quality.
(16) We provide lifelong maintenance for our products for free. All our factory users have established detailed user profiles and we offer after-sales service. Personnel shall conduct regular follow-up visits, establish a system to guide users in daily maintenance, and promptly identify and resolve potential malfunctions.
