Power station shut-off valveProduct Introduction
Power station globe valve, also known as power station globe valve, is characterized by high temperature and high pressure, and a self sealing design compared to other globe valve products. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal. Due to its unique performance, technical characteristics, and working conditions, the product has also developed unique features that cannot be replaced by other products. The manufacturing acceptance technical conditions shall comply with the provisions of the Japanese standard E101 for valves used in thermal power generation. The structural length of the globe valve for pound scale power plants shall be in accordance with the provisions of E101. The welding groove of the valve body shall be in accordance with the provisions of ANSI B16.25 or the size provided by the user. The valve cover packing box is tried to be reasonable, with corrosion inhibitor added to the packing, reliable sealing, and smooth opening and closing. The valve has an upper sealing structure to ensure that the valve stem will not leak out when the valve is opened and operated.

The power station shut-off valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting media on pipelines in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, and thermal power plants with Class 1500~3500Lb and working temperature of -29~570 ℃. Applicable media include non corrosive media such as water, oil, steam, etc.

Power station shut-off valveStructural features:
1. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.34 and E101 standards, and can be used in conjunction with imported equipment.
2. The valve chamber adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure, and the higher the internal pressure, the better the sealing performance.
3. The two ends of the branch pipe are butt welded to meet different requirements for connecting pipes.
4. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat are made of Stellite cobalt based hard alloy by welding, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, has good scratch resistance, and has a long service life.
5. The valve cover packing box should be tried reasonably, with corrosion inhibitor added to the packing, reliable sealing, and smooth opening and closing.
6. The valve has an upper sealing structure to ensure that the valve stem will not leak out when the valve is opened and operated.
7. The opening and closing of the electric shut-off valve are controlled by an electric device, which is equipped with a motor, reducer, torque control mechanism, on-site operating mechanism, and manual/electric switching mechanism. In addition to on-site operations, remote operations can also be performed.

Service commitment of Shangou Valve:
(1) Strictly follow the contract requirements and provide products that meet design standards and have qualified quality.
(2) Strictly inspect and control the incoming quality of raw materials, components, and supporting parts.
(3) Ensure that the processing technology and testing methods of the supplied equipment are complete. The product will never leave the factory with defects.
(4) Take full responsibility for any issues related to subcontractor's supply, quality, equipment performance, technical interfaces, services, etc. The key components specified in the contract must meet the relevant qualification requirements and be approved by the purchaser.
(5) According to the contract, provide relevant department standards and drawings to the supervision unit, and facilitate the supervision. Notify the demand party and the supervision representative 7 days in advance of the shutdown and inspection parts of the supervision equipment. The supervision appointed by the demand party is to urge us to produce qualified products according to the standards, but it does not reduce all our quality responsibilities.
(6) Timely report any quality defects that occur during the equipment manufacturing process to the demand side and the supervision representative, and do not conceal them. If the equipment defect exceeds the standard specified in the contract, the supplier shall replace it unconditionally. During the installation and trial operation process, if there are quality issues with the equipment, the problem should be dealt with first, and then responsibilities should be clarified, all based on meeting the requirements of the project schedule.
(7) We will insure the equipment provided during the manufacturing, transportation, and loading/unloading processes. In the event of an accident, we will promptly replace and repair the equipment as needed free of charge until the buyer is satisfied.
(8) If any missing parts or other reasons cause the loss of components during the unpacking process, we are responsible for promptly and free of charge filling the missing parts. If any quality problems are found during the installation and debugging process of the equipment, as well as during the operation of the equipment in the future, and are caused by our side, we will bear the responsibility.
(9) Provide the purchaser with all technical information and drawings as stipulated in the contract on time. It is our obligation to invite the demand side to participate in our technical design review when necessary.
(10) Provide technical services on site at the requested time, and guide the demander to install, test run, and produce according to our technical data and drawings.
(11) For the supporting equipment related to the contract equipment purchased by the demander first, we will proactively provide technical conditions and information that meet the equipment interface requirements.
(12) Strictly implement the minutes or agreements of meetings held by both the supply and demand sides on relevant issues.
(13) According to the contract, free business classes on equipment installation, debugging, use, and maintenance technology will be held for the demander.
(14) Strengthen pre-sales, in sales, and after-sales services, and implement '24-hour service', 'advanced service', 'full process service', and 'lifelong service' throughout the entire process of product manufacturing, installation, debugging, and major repairs.
(15) After receiving quality issue information reported by the demand side, respond or dispatch service personnel within 24 hours, arrive at the site as soon as possible, and ensure that the service does not stop if the user is not satisfied with the quality.
(16) We provide lifelong maintenance for our products for free. All our factory users have established detailed user profiles and we offer after-sales service. Personnel shall conduct regular follow-up visits, establish a system to guide users in daily maintenance, and promptly identify and resolve potential malfunctions.
(17) Always meet the requirements of the demand for spare parts, and provide customers with high-quality and affordable spare parts for life.
