Introduction

Using a variable ratio bridge to measure the transformation ratio of a transformer is cumbersome to operate and has a narrow measurement range, which is no longer suitable for the fast-paced and high-efficiency requirements of modern measurement. To this end, Hertz Electric has developed a new generation of fully automatic ratio group testers using modern electronic technology.
Small size, light weight, high precision, and good stability. It adopts a large screen Chinese character display, menu operation, and user-friendly interface. The variable ratio group can be tested in one go. This instrument is an ideal testing device for the power industry sector.

Features

1. Automatically generate three-phase, two-phase, or single-phase standard power supplies with stable amplitude and constant phase
2. Directly measure the voltage ratio and phase angle difference between the high and low voltage sides without being constrained by the internal wiring method of the transformer
3. Fast speed, the testing time for a set of data is a few seconds, and the tap changer can be converted during the testing process to complete the measurement of all tap positions of a transformer in one go. The testing time for a 19 tap position transformer only takes 10 minutes, greatly improving work efficiency
4. Internally equipped with overcurrent protection function
5. The test results are not affected by fluctuations in the frequency and amplitude of the power supply
