Overview
JYR Power Transformer Capacity TesterSpecially designed for high-precision measurement of transformer capacity parameters and transformer loss parameters, this high-precision tester is developed and researched according to the power industry standard DL/T911-2004 for measuring transformer capacity and loss parameters. It can work with an external power supply and internally synthesizes three-phase standard sine wave signals (not simply inverter AC output, ensuring the accuracy of test data for various test items under non rated conditions). Through a power amplifier, it can provide a three-phase precision AC test source; When measuring the capacity and short-circuit loss of transformers, there is no need for external three-phase testing power supply, voltage regulator, current boosting and other auxiliary equipment, simplifying wiring and greatly improving work efficiency and test results.
This instrument is a combined power detection equipment, mainly consisting of an active transformer capacity tester and a transformer loss parameter tester. It can accurately measure a series of power frequency parameters such as capacity, no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit loss, impedance voltage, etc. of various transformers. Its main features include small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and easy to learn operation. It completely replaces the traditional method of measuring transformer loss and capacity using multiple meters, with simple wiring, convenient testing and recording, greatly improving work efficiency.

When testing the characteristics of transformers, the voltage and current ranges can be flexibly and easily expanded by simply connecting external voltage transformers and current transformers, greatly expanding the testing range of the instrument
