HTB100-304/2.2KW medium pressure blowerAdopting the principle of bearing pre design, two bearings are placed at the front end of the fan blades and the rear end of the motor to achieve dynamic balance configuration and facilitate heat dissipation.

(The reason is that there are heat dissipation fins at the front end of the fan blades for heat dissipation, while the bearings at the back end work under the built-in cooling fan of the fan, thus keeping the bearings working for a long time at low temperatures.)

Before installation, it is necessary to familiarize oneself with the various technical requirements in the manual, check whether the accompanying accessories are complete, and whether various technical documents are complete.
2. Conduct a preliminary inspection of the blower to ensure that there are no inorganic parts damaged during logistics transportation or long-term storage, whether there are any debris falling into the fan flow channel, and whether there is corrosion. Then use tools to rotate the fan spindle or the fan motor tail fan blades to see if the rotation is flexible and if there is any rubbing noise. Otherwise, the fault should be eliminated first.
3. According to the foundation diagram, the anchor bolts should be properly positioned. When installing the fan, the horizontal plane should be corrected to prevent excessive tilting.
4. The diameter of the pipeline should be slightly larger than the fan outlet diameter (the ratio of pipeline diameter to fan outlet diameter is 1.1:1), and the length of the pipeline should be shortened as much as possible. Elbows should be used sparingly, and the angle of the elbow should be greater than 90 degrees. It is not allowed to use right angle T-shaped joints. The joints of the pipeline should be tightly sealed and not leak, in order to reduce pressure loss. The weight of the pipeline shall not be supported by the fan, nor shall the fan be forcibly connected to the pipeline to prevent increased vibration and noise.
