HYDAC accumulator SB0210-0.5E1/112A9-210AK detailed explanation
Introduction:
From the perspective of structural design, the diaphragm accumulator adopts a unique sealing structure, which achieves high
Precision processing technology ensures excellent sealing performance between the diaphragm and the accumulator wall, preventing gas leakage
The leakage rate is extremely low, generally not exceeding 0.1% per hour. The pre filling pressure of its gas chamber is
Key parameters are usually set based on the system's working pressure and actual needs, commonly known as pre charging
The pressure range is between 2MPa and 10MPa, and a reasonable pre charging pressure can ensure efficient operation of the accumulator
Make it. The capacity specifications of diaphragm accumulator vary from a few liters to hundreds of liters, such as in
In some small hydraulic equipment, 5-liter to 10 liter accumulators are often used, while in large industrial machinery
It may be equipped with an accumulator of over 100 liters. In terms of response speed, the diaphragm accumulator performs well
Excellent, able to release hydraulic energy within milliseconds and quickly replenish the flow required by the system
Quantity meets the dynamic requirements of the system.

Notes:
During storage and use, if there are no special requirements from the user, the gas chamber of the accumulator is generally only filled with 0.5MPa nitrogen gas. Before the accumulator starts working, it must be filled with nitrogen gas to the required filling pressure.
5.2 The inflation pressure of the accumulator refers to the pressure at 20 ℃. When inflating, first inflate it to a pressure slightly higher than the inflation pressure by 0.5MPa, and then let it rest for ten minutes. After the temperature stabilizes, measure the pressure and adjust it if necessary.
5.3 Inflate the accumulator according to the following method:
a) Remove the top protective cap, install the inflation tool, and connect the other end to a nitrogen source. Loosen the inflation screw (rotate the inflation tool handwheel counterclockwise);
b) Inject a small amount of system fluid into the inlet for lubrication;
c) Slowly turn on the nitrogen source switch and allow nitrogen to slowly enter the accumulator until the pressure described in section 5.2 is reached, following the requirements of section 5.2;
d) After inflation is complete, close the nitrogen source switch valve, rotate the handwheel of the inflation tool clockwise, and tighten the inflation pressure;
e) Release the gas from the inflation tool and then remove the inflation tool;
f) Check if there is any leakage in the accumulator, and then install the protective cap.
