It usually consists of a gasoline engine, a single-stage centrifugal pump, an exhaust water intake device, and a hand lift frame, and is equipped with accessories such as suction pipes, water hoses, and water guns.

Instructions for using hand lifted fire pumps

1. Preparation before use: Check the oil level in the gasoline tank and lubricating oil tank, connect the suction pipe, water hose, water gun, etc., and close the residual water valve and water outlet valve of the water pump.

2. Gasoline engine start: Quickly turn the start switch clockwise to start the gasoline engine.

3. Water intake and supply: After the gasoline engine is running normally, pull the water intake handle outward. When water flows out from the exhaust port of the slide pump, slowly open the hand lift pump outlet valve to supply water.

4. Stop water supply: Close the fuel switch under the fuel tank, open the water pump drain valve, and after draining the remaining water in the pump, still close the drain valve and water pump outlet valve.

Daily maintenance: After each use, clean the mud and dirt between the external and cylinder fins, check whether each part is complete and whether the connection is firm.

Winter maintenance: After stopping the machine, the water in the pump should be drained to prevent damage when it freezes.

Long term storage: If not in use for a long time, the oil and water in the hand lift pump should be drained, and a small amount of high-quality engine oil should be injected into the cylinder.
