Core structural characteristics

Cantilever impeller: The impeller is installed at one end of the pump shaft like a cantilever beam. This eliminates the need for supporting bearings at the impeller end and simplifies the structure.

■ Rear opening design: The connection between the pump body and the bracket (bearing box) is located on the motor side. During maintenance, simply remove the connecting bolts between the pump body and the bracket to remove the entire pump body (including impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal) from the bracket without dismantling the inlet and outlet pipelines and motor, making maintenance extremely convenient.

Axial force balance: The impeller usually has balance holes and is matched with front and rear sealing rings to use pressure difference to balance most of the axial thrust generated by single-sided water inlet, and the remaining axial force is borne by the bearings.
