Hanging coating production lineIt is an automated production line that fixes the workpiece to be coated on a conveyor chain by hanging, allowing it to complete a series of coating processes such as pre-treatment, spraying, drying and curing during continuous movement.

Workflow:

1. Upper part: Hang the workpiece on a dedicated hanger and fix it to the conveyor chain

2. Pre treatment: sequentially pass through pre-treatment stations such as degreasing, water washing, phosphating, etc

3. Spraying: Upon entering the spraying area, the spray gun automatically sprays according to the preset program (electrostatic spraying has higher efficiency)

4. Leveling: Allow the coating to naturally level in the leveling chamber, eliminating any spray marks

5. Drying and curing: enter the drying oven and crosslink and cure the coating through heating

6. Cooling: By air cooling or natural cooling, the workpiece is cooled to room temperature

7. Next: Remove the painted workpiece and proceed to the quality inspection and packaging process

Technical features:

• High space utilization rate: utilizing the upper space of the factory building, reducing ground occupation, and designing complex three-dimensional routes

• Continuous production: The cycle time can be compressed to 2.5-3.5 minutes per unit, with an annual production capacity of 300000 to 500000 units. The overall equipment efficiency (OEE) can reach 68.7%

• High degree of automation: except for the upper and lower parts, the painting process requires almost no manual intervention, reducing human errors

• Strong flexibility: can adapt to workpieces of different shapes and sizes by adjusting suspension fixtures and control system parameters
