Workflow:
Upper part: Hang the workpiece on a dedicated hanger and fix it to the conveyor chain
Pre treatment: sequentially pass through pre-treatment stations such as degreasing, water washing, phosphating, etc
Spraying: Upon entering the spraying area, the spray gun automatically sprays according to the preset program (electrostatic spraying has higher efficiency)
Leveling: Allow the coating to naturally level in the leveling chamber, eliminating any spray marks
Drying and curing: enter the drying oven and crosslink and cure the coating through heating
Cooling: By air cooling or natural cooling, the workpiece is cooled to room temperature
Next: Remove the painted workpiece and proceed to the quality inspection and packaging process
