Especially in scenic areas, roads, and other places where the installation of open pole gates is not allowed. We can customize the caliber and shape according to customer requirements.

Structural features: The concealed copper inlaid cast iron gate is mainly composed of door frame, gate plate, sealing ring, and adjustable wedge pressure block. It has the characteristics of simple construction, durability, and easy installation.

Main technical parameters and specifications of concealed cast iron copper inlaid gate:

1. The gate is installed on the flange wall pipe, and the gate is set on the upstream surface;

2. The forward allowable pressure of the gate is 0.1Mpa, and the reverse allowable pressure is 0.05Mpa;

3. The leakage rate per meter length of the sealing surface is ≤ 0.7L/min.m in the forward direction and ≤ 1.25L/min.m in the reverse direction;

4. The working temperature is -20-120 ℃, and the allowable pH value of the medium is 5-10.

Structural characteristics and working principle of concealed cast iron copper inlaid gate:

1. The concealed copper inlaid cast iron gate consists of a door frame, gate plate, guide rail, sealing strip, transmission screw, suspension block nut/lifting ear, and adjustable sealing mechanism. The door frame and gate plate are both made of high-quality gray cast iron or ductile iron. The guide rail is symmetrically arranged on both sides and connected to the two ends of the door frame with stainless steel bolt positioning pins (for small and medium-sized gates, the guide rail can be cast as a whole with the door frame). The length of the guide rail is generally 1/2 to 1/3 of the full opening height of the gate, so the overall structural strength is high, rigidity is high, wear resistance, corrosion resistance is good, and pressure bearing capacity is large.

2. The concealed copper embedded cast iron gate is sealed by the wedge device, and the sealing material is copper alloy or rubber, which is finely processed and matched, resulting in good sealing performance.

3. Adopting pre embedded steel plates or pre embedded bolt installation, it is easy to install, debug, use, and maintain, with a long service life.

4. Complete variety specifications and wide adaptability.

5. The concealed rod copper inlaid cast iron gate is used in conjunction with the gate opening and closing machine. The gate is the working part, and the opening and closing machine is the executing part of the gate opening and closing. The opening and closing machine is driven by human, motor, pneumatic, hydraulic mechanism to drive the gears, worm gears and other components of the transmission device, and drive the transmission nut or screw to rotate to make the gate shaft move vertically up and down, thereby opening or closing the gate, achieving the purpose of drainage, water closing or water level adjustment.

The installation and maintenance of concealed cast iron copper inlaid gates should pay attention to the following matters:

1. Handwheels, handles, and transmission mechanisms are not allowed to be used for lifting and collisions are strictly prohibited.

2. Double gate valves should be installed vertically (i.e. with the valve stem in a vertical position and the handwheel at the top)

3. Before opening a gate valve with a bypass valve, the bypass valve should be opened to balance the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force

4. Gate valves with transmission mechanisms shall be installed in accordance with the provisions of the product usage tax manual.

5. If the valve is frequently opened and closed, lubricate it once a month.
