This product is specially developed by Sansi Taijie according to the needs of CRRC users. It is used to detect the key components of the shock absorption system of high-speed trains and bullet trains, including a series of springs, to achieve real-time memory of displacement. It also adds a displacement zero adjustment module for customers to adjust the absolute zero point of displacement in order to eliminate errors caused by fixture adjustment. Special fixtures are set up to fix the sample externally, and then it is sent to the testing machine through a dedicated guide rail for testing.

Technological innovation points:

1. Implement real-time memory of displacement by adding a dedicated processing module to read the current displacement of the servo motor and store it in the software database. After the device restarts, the system automatically retrieves the displacement data saved in the database, thus solving the problem of permanent real-time memory of displacement.
2. In addition, add a displacement zero point adjustment module for customers to adjust the absolute zero point of displacement in order to eliminate errors caused by fixture adjustments.
3. Due to the large size and heavy weight of the spring, special fixtures need to be set up to fix the sample externally, and then send it to the testing machine through a dedicated guide rail for testing. At present, in China, the equipment is directly lifted onto the testing machine and then moved by people to the fixture for testing, resulting in low efficiency of personnel work.
