Product Details

The only patented product in China - a microcomputer controlled wire torsion testing machine. This testing machine meets the requirements of GB/T 10128-2007 "Room temperature torsion testing method for metals" and JJG269-2006 "torsion testing machine". It is mainly used for torsion performance testing of metal, non-metal, composite materials, and structural components. Control system functions:


The torsion testing machine adopts imported high-quality electronic components to form a microcomputer digital display instrument, implementing modular, standardized design, high measurement accuracy, accurate control, flexible configuration, strong interchangeability, and convenient maintenance.

1. The measuring unit adopts high-precision and high stability torque sensors, low-noise and low drift instrument amplifiers, and high-precision 20 bit A/D converters to ensure that the indication accuracy of the force measurement is better than ± 1% over the entire range.

2. The torsion measurement unit adopts a high-precision photoelectric encoder from Japan for measurement, with an accuracy of ± 0.5% within a range of 360 º

3. The loading speed control unit adopts AC servo motors and speed controllers, which have excellent control, high stability, smooth and reliable operation, fast response, low noise, and can adjust parameters according to different models to ensure the system operates in the best state.

4. Adopting a modular design reflects the flexibility, interchangeability, and optimal usability of the overall configuration;

5. It can measure torque, torsion angle, maximum torque, yield torque, etc.
