The high suction/high flow/strong self-priming pump is a new energy-saving double suction self-priming pump product developed by our company according to market demand, and has obtained national invention (200910196736X) and utility model (200920210414.1). This pump solves the problems of large axial tension, long self-priming time, and low efficiency of single suction self-priming pumps, and has the advantages of high suction, short self-priming time, high efficiency, stable operation, and long service life.
High suction/high flow/strong self-priming pumps can adopt three types of structures: split type, direct connection type, and detachable type. According to the type, they are divided into two series: clean water type and sewage type. Compared with similar products in China, they have the advantages of simple and compact structure, low vibration, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and easy use and maintenance. They belong to the domestic self-priming pump series products. All technical performance indicators rank high in China, with broad application markets and development prospects
The high suction/high flow/strong self-priming pump integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge, adopts axial reflux external mixing, and through the design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, it does not require the installation of bottom valves and irrigation water, but can also suck and discharge liquids containing impurities such as particulate solids and fibers. It can be widely used as an ideal impurity pump for municipal sewage engineering, lotus pond breeding, light industry, papermaking, food, chemical, electrical, fiber, pulp and mixed suspension chemical media. The AYZSC diesel engine type double suction self-priming pump is suitable for various complex emergency rescue, firefighting and other occasions, and is not affected by factors such as power supply and usage site. It can be moved for operation and has high flexibility.
High suction/high flow/strong self-priming pump usage range:
1. The ambient temperature is ≤ 50 ℃, and the medium temperature is ≤ 80 ℃. Special requirements can reach up to 200 ℃.
2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.
3. DQZSW sewage type double suction self-priming pump uses a medium density not exceeding 1240kg/m3, and the lift of the same model of sewage type pump is 10% lower than that of the clean water type pump
4. The self-priming height cannot exceed the specified value of 5-7 meters, and the length of the suction pipe is ≤ 10m.
5. The DQZSW sewage type double suction self-priming pump has a capacity to suspend particles with a diameter of about 20% of the pump diameter and a fiber length of 5 times the pump diameter.
