High temperature and high pressure dynamic filtration instrument HDF-1It is an instrument that simulates the filtration loss of drilling fluid or water drilling fluid in deep wells under high temperature and pressure conditions. This instrument can accurately and safely measure the filtration performance of drilling fluid and cement slurry under dynamic conditions.
HDF-1 high temperature and high pressure dynamic filtration instrument is suitable for:
1. Dynamic filtration and cake preparation test: At any temperature from room temperature to 120 ℃, the maximum working pressure of the drilling fluid cup is less than 600psi, and the filtration area is 3.5in2 (22.6 cm2).
2. There is a dual leakage net that can meet the measurement of cement slurry.
This instrument operates with parameters determined under simulated conditions of actual underground operations. It heats the drilling fluid through a heating sleeve component and maintains a constant temperature. During this process, a variable speed motor drives the transmission shaft to continuously stir at a specified speed, and a pressure reducing and stabilizing device provides pressure to the drilling fluid, thereby simulating the working state on site and obtaining its filtration loss. If the measured temperature is greater than 90 ℃, a back pressure device should be used to prevent liquid evaporation.
