Single zone (level) electrostatic precipitator

In a single zone dust collector, the charging of particles and the dust collection process are carried out in the same area, that is, the corona electrode and the dust collection electrode are in the same area.

Dual zone (level) dust collector

In a dual zone electrostatic precipitator, particle charging and sedimentation barrier dust collection are carried out in two separate zones. In the first zone, a set of electrodes is installed to charge the dust particles, while in the second zone, another set of electrodes is installed to settle and collect the dust particles. This is commonly used in air conditioning systems.
