The S1 portable fixed source methane/non methane total hydrocarbon detector is a new environmentally friendly mobile detection product that combines Honeywell analytical chromatography technology with IoT smart environmental protection technology. The system adopts the design experience of gas chromatography system and Honeywell's manufacturing system, and its core modules are all imported components. The entire system has stable and reliable consistency of detection data, convenient operation in accordance with ergonomics, and good portability. The product is equipped with high-temperature heat tracing sampling pipelines, corrosion-resistant pre-treatment systems, convenient gas and power supply components, and a simple and efficient human-machine interface and printer, fully meeting Chinese national standards and international standards, providing high-quality detection solutions for on-site direct reading detection of VOCs waste gas from fixed pollution sources.
The working principle of the Honeywell Aura F S1 portable fixed source methane/non methane total hydrocarbon detector is as follows:
According to the pre-treatment methods of Chinese national standards and US EPA standards, the sample gas is introduced into an online gas chromatograph (GC-FID) for quantitative analysis. Through valve switching, it enters different chromatographic columns, and total hydrocarbons, methane, or characteristic factors are sequentially detected by a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) to determine the concentrations of multiple components. Then, accurate total hydrocarbons, methane, non methane total hydrocarbons, and characteristic factor values are fused and calculated through the built-in processing unit, and displayed, printed, and recorded on site.
The Aura F S1 portable methane/non methane total hydrocarbon detector can also upload key on-site data to relevant user units through wireless network.
