4 Working principle (brief description)

After the sludge and flocculant fully react in the mixing tank to form flocs, they enter the main body of the snail dewatering system. In the filtering chamber formed by the stacking of fixed rings and moving rings, the spiral shaft drives the blades to slowly rotate, pushing the sludge forward. During the pushing process, the gaps between the filter chambers gradually narrow, applying increasing squeezing pressure on the sludge from small to large, causing the water in the sludge to be gradually squeezed and discharged, ultimately forming a dried sludge cake that is discharged from the discharge outlet, while the filtrate flows back to the sewage treatment system from the ring gap.
