Equipment Overview
When the equipment is running, the sludge enters the filter cartridge from the feed port and is pushed towards the discharge port by the spiral shaft blades. As the pitch between the spiral shaft blades gradually decreases, the pressure on the sludge also increases, and under the pressure difference, it begins to dehydrate. Water flows out from the filtering gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring. At the same time, the equipment relies on the self-cleaning function between the fixed ring and the moving ring to clean the filtering gap and prevent blockage. After sufficient dehydration, the sludge cake is discharged from the discharge port under the pushing action of the spiral shaft. Based on the different properties of sludge, our company has developed targeted machines that are more practical in structure and have lower operating costs.

Measurement tank
The sludge is transported to the measuring tank through the sludge transfer pump, and the excess part flows back to the sludge storage tank through the return pipe.
◎ Flocculation mixing tank
The measured sludge is thoroughly stirred and mixed with the injected polymer flocculant in the flocculation mixing tank to form good alum flowers.
◎ Dehydration body
After entering the dewatering body through the sludge inlet, the sludge undergoes gravity concentration in the previous concentration section, and most of the liquid is discharged. In the dewatering section, it is fully dehydrated due to the continuous increase in internal pressure. The dewatering body of the sludge concentrator does not include a dewatering section.
◎ Sludge outlet/Concentrated sludge discharge outlet
The back pressure plate set at the outlet generates a blocking force in the opposite direction, thereby further increasing the pressure inside the body cavity and fully dehydrating the sludge, which is discharged from the outlet in the form of a sludge cake.The sludge concentrator discharges concentrated sludge through the outlet. The outlet of the sludge concentrator does not have a back pressure plate.

Stacked screw sludge dewatering machine
◎ 1. The screw stacking machine is suitable for dewatering high and low concentration sludge. When dewatering low concentration (2000mg/L) sludge, there is no need to build concentration tanks or storage tanks, which reduces construction costs, decreases phosphorus release, and reduces anaerobic odor generation.
2. Non clogging, reducing flushing water usage, saving water costs, and minimizing the internal circulation burden caused by backflow of cleaning water.
3. The electrical control cabinet, coagulation mixing tank, and dewatering main body are integrated to reduce the footprint and make installation simple and convenient.
4. The dehydrator is basically in closed operation, and the treatment is stable and timely, reducing the odor on site to a very low level and improving the working environment for workers.
5. Achieve fully automatic 24-hour operation, reducing the labor intensity of operators.
6. The spiral shaft has a low operating speed of 2-3 revolutions per minute, low power consumption, and there is basically no vibration or noise on site.
7. The body is almost entirely made of stainless steel material, which can greatly extend its service life. The replacement parts only include the spiral shaft and the floating ring, which have a long service life.
