The kitchen waste biodegradation treatment equipment developed by Jifeng Environmental Protection after years of research and development is based on biological bacteria as the treatment core, and includes functions such as automatic feeding, weighing, automatic crushing, automatic dehydration, microbial decomposition, automatic discharge, waste gas and wastewater treatment, manual and automatic control.
The whole machine adopts an integrated design, which integrates the functions of the elevator, crusher, dehydrator, sewage treatment equipment, exhaust gas treatment equipment, microbial degradation treatment machine, etc. into one device. It not only has a clean and beautiful appearance, but also is convenient for transportation and installation. The fully enclosed design can effectively prevent odor leakage and avoid pollution to the ambient air.

The kitchen waste pretreatment machine (mechanical treatment machine) uses physical principles to sort, crush, and dehydrate kitchen waste on site through mechanical motion, minimizing the water content, volume, and weight of swill, achieving oil-water separation and sewage treatment. The treated kitchen waste ultimately generates organic matter suitable for transportation and is transported to a centralized organic fertilizer factory, while the separated oil is transported to a biodiesel plant for centralized processing. The pretreatment system mainly consists of weighing lifting, garbage sorting, strong crushing, spiral extrusion drying, oil-water separation and other systems. The pretreatment system can effectively control factors such as the particle size and moisture content of kitchen waste, accelerate the subsequent fermentation processing efficiency and obtain better appearance of the finished product.
